Payment policy

Accepted payment methods

• Wire transfer or Zelle, to the account details sent for your confirmed order.
• USDT on the Tron network (TRC-20): send the exact USD order total, one USDT per dollar.
• Bitcoin (BTC) on the Bitcoin network: send the BTC value of the order total at the time of payment.
• The bank, Zelle or wallet details for each confirmed order are sent on WhatsApp; they are never published on this website.

How to pay

• Message us on WhatsApp with the items you need. We confirm availability, shipping and the order total, and record the order for you.
• Use only the payment details sent on WhatsApp for that order. For crypto, check that the address is for the network you are sending on.
• Network and bank fees are paid by the sender.
• Send the transaction hash (TXID) or bank reference, with your order number, on WhatsApp or by email to the address shown on the order.
• Crypto orders that are still unpaid 72 hours after they are placed are cancelled unless a payment is under review.

Statuses and order handling

• Pending means the payment has not yet been verified: on-chain for crypto, or on our account for wire transfer and Zelle.
• Partial, excess, failed, expired and refunded outcomes are recorded separately from the order and fulfillment status.
• Products are released for fulfillment only after the payment is confirmed.

Protecting your payment

Bank, Zelle and wallet details come only from our official WhatsApp for your specific order. Check the network before sending crypto; a payment sent on another network, or of another token, cannot be recovered. We will never ask for your private keys, recovery phrase or passwords, and we never change payment details by email; report any conflicting payment instructions before paying.
